On Eagle Lake
Historic log-cabin resort on the shore of Eagle Lake at Eagle River, a drive-to location roughly 30 minutes from Dryden; the original camp dates to 1932 and was recently rebranded from Evergreen Lodge. Weekly Saturday-to-Saturday housekeeping packages pair lakefront cabins with equipped 16-ft boats (18-ft upgrades with GPS/trolling motor available), or guests can bring their own boat on the Getaway package. The multi-species fishery is best known for muskie, and the property also hosts corporate retreats.
