Fly-in fishing lodge on 30-mile-long North Knife Lake in far northern Manitoba, run by the Webber family and flown in from Thompson, targeting trophy northern pike and lake trout. Guided boats, an 8,000 sq ft lodge and full board with cookbook-author chefs; guest numbers are capped at 16 per trip and 50 per season. The same operation also runs a self-catering outpost cabin on nearby Small Lake.
