Boreal Forest Outfitters runs fly-in outpost camps out of Nakina, Ontario, flying guests north by Turbo Otter or Cessna floatplane to eight lakes: Kayedon, Melchett, Whiteclay, Kag (Kagianagami), Hurst, Auger, Guerin and Bellsmith. Camps are self-catered outpost cabins with boat, motor and gasoline included, and the waters hold northern pike, walleye, lake trout, brook trout, perch and whitefish. Seven-day fly-in moose hunts are also offered in WMUs 17, 16C and 18A, with rifle and archery options, a midweek check flight and fly-out of one moose included.
