Nine-cottage housekeeping resort at the north end of Boshkung Lake in Algonquin Highlands, Haliburton County, beside Buttermilk Falls on Highway 35 between Minden and Dorset. Cottages sleep 4 to 8, several with private hot tubs, and the resort has a sand beach, free non-motorized watercraft and dock slips; it provides no motorized boats and has no boat launch, so trailered boats use the public launch on Little Boshkung Lake. Boshkung Lake is part of a three-lake chain with Little Boshkung and Twelve Mile Lake and holds walleye, lake trout, bass, whitefish and ling cod; winter ice-fishing packages include heated huts, bait and tip-ups.
