Family-owned island lodge on the French River at the junction of the North and Main channels, off the east end of 18-Mile Island, reached by lodge water taxi from a mainland parking lot near Wolseley Bay. Fifteen private cabins ranging from one bedroom to six bedrooms are sold on an all-meals plan that includes daily maid service, a 16 ft boat with 15 hp motor, gas, live bait, ice and fish cleaning. Waters hold walleye, smallmouth bass, muskie, northern pike, channel catfish, sturgeon, whitefish, perch and crappie; guides are available at extra cost.
