Six drive-to self-catering rental units on Fairbank Lake near Whitefish, about 40 minutes from Sudbury: a seven-bedroom main lodge sleeping 20, a three-bedroom apartment suite sleeping 10, and four cottages sleeping two to six. Units have kitchens, barbecues and fire pits; shared facilities include a sauna, hot tub, sandy beach, docks and a basketball half-court, with linens, towels and firewood provided. Under new ownership since October 2023, with kayaks, canoes and paddleboards for guest use; the site does not describe fishing services or target species.
