Drive-to housekeeping cottage resort on the south shore of Lake Nipissing near the mouth of Callander Bay, with 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom cottages, a launch ramp and over 350 feet of dock. Anglers fish walleye, smallmouth bass, northern pike, muskie and perch; the rental fleet is 21 boats, mainly 16-foot Lunds with 25 hp Mercury four-strokes plus 40–50 hp upgrades. Winter operation added new insulated ice bungalow sleeper huts (6- and 8-person) and an 8-person winterized cottage with a private day hut, with a shuttle from the office. Pet-free; the Vander Deen family took over from prior owners in 2025.
