Family-run housekeeping lodge on Windermere Lake near Chapleau with nine lakefront cabins sleeping 2-8, a campground, and two outpost cabins (one at the north end of Windermere Lake, one on Goldie Lake reached by VIA Rail). Anglers fish walleye, smallmouth bass, northern pike, lake trout and whitefish, plus five portage lakes stocked with boats; the lake is a provincially designated conservation reserve with a protective slot limit. The operation also sells guided, semi-guided and self-guided black bear hunts in an exclusive bear management area, WMU 32 moose hunts, and wolf, grouse and waterfowl hunting.
