Seasonal family resort on Gull Lake at Miners' Bay in the Haliburton Highlands, roughly a two-hour drive northeast of Toronto on Highway 35. Accommodation is a mix of cottages, cabins and lodge rooms on a 55-acre property with two beaches and two tennis courts, and there is an on-site restaurant offering dine-in and take-out. Operating under this name since 1938 (previously the Bay View Hotel), it was run by three generations of the Wunker family until 2018 and is now owned by a group of long-time guests; it also hosts weddings and group retreats.
