Family-run outfitter (Kim and Greg Smith) operating five fly-in outpost cabins — Norse, Treelined, Brown Bear, Gordie and Unexpected lakes — reached by charter aircraft from the Crow Lake seaplane base north of Nestor Falls, plus a drive-to main camp on Pickerel Lake north of Kenora on Highway 596. Each outpost is the only cabin on its lake and holds a different species mix: walleye, northern pike, smallmouth bass, muskellunge and lake trout, with portage lakes at Brown Bear, Gordie and Norse. Outpost cabins are housekeeping with running water, hot showers, propane kitchens, generator power and boats with unlimited fuel; black bear, whitetail deer, grouse and waterfowl hunts run from the main camp, including a fully guided American-plan deer hunt.
