On Rowdy Lake
Family-run fly-in American-plan camp about 55 air miles north of Kenora, the only camp on 12-mile Rowdy Lake, with two log cabins sleeping four and six for a maximum of ten guests. Guests fish Rowdy Lake for walleye, northern pike, lake trout and smallmouth bass and reach four additional walk-in/portage lakes (Babe, Sydney, Joyce and Outlet). Rowdy Lake sits in a trophy-waters conservation area: barbless hooks are mandatory, limits are two walleye, two pike and one trout for camp consumption only, and no fish may be taken home.
