On Abram Lake
Boat-access cabin resort on a 23-acre property near Sioux Lookout, Ontario, with Abram Lake on one side and Minnitaki Lake on the other, reached by about a one-mile run from a marked boat launch off Highway 72 or a 15-30 minute paddle. Housekeeping cabins and bunkies sleep two to seven guests each; linens, dishes and cutlery are supplied, but there is no running water and washrooms are outhouses. Surrounding waters hold walleye, northern pike, lake trout, smallmouth bass and muskie; guests bring their own boat or borrow canoes and kayaks, and dock tie-up is included.
