Family-run housekeeping cottage resort of ten units on the shore of Oxtongue Lake in the Algonquin Highlands, near the west side of Algonquin Provincial Park. Cottages sleep four to six and are rented by the night in spring and fall and Saturday-to-Saturday during July and August. Owned since 2008 by Kim and Marilyn Smith, operated by Camp Tanamakoon Limited, the same family that runs Camp Tanamakoon and Bartlett Lodge; on-site activities are beach swimming, canoeing and nearby trails rather than guided fishing.
