Wild North Outfitters is a family-run hunting outfitter operating since 2008 from a camp at Madawaska, Ontario, on an exclusive 415 sq km Bear Management Area along the northern boundary of Algonquin Provincial Park. It sells fully guided spring and fall black bear hunts for rifle, shotgun, muzzleloader, bow and crossbow, plus semi-guided whitetail deer and resident moose hunts in WMU 55A, and holds the only outfitter bull moose tag in the area. The camp sleeps up to 16 in a three-bedroom main lodge and five private two-person bunkies; guests choose an American plan with breakfasts and dinners in the mess hall or an accommodation-and-hunt plan using the lodge kitchen themselves, with a walk-in cooler, freezer and Starlink internet on site.
