Pleasure Point Cottages rents nine self-contained housekeeping cottages on a four-acre point with about 1,100 feet of frontage on Trout Lake near Barry's Bay, Ontario, on a chain of four connected lakes. Fly-in fishing and hunting lodge on Trout Lake inside the Trout Lake Conservation Reserve, about 20 minutes by float plane from Red Lake, Ontario, family-operated for more than 40 years. Nine cabins sleeping three to eight guests, the majority of them on the shoreline, have 24-hour electric power, heat and full bathrooms, and the lodge sells guided and unguided Deluxe American Plan packages with meals as well as self-catered housekeeping packages. Guests fish walleye, northern pike and lake trout on a 25-mile island-studded catch-and-release lake with boat access to Otter, Mud and Little Trout lakes via the Trout River; bear (5-night) and moose (7-night) hunt packages are also sold.
